Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase! Returns of socks, shirts, Lampe Berger fragrances, and custom items cannot be accepted. Returns of all other items purchased on our web site are accepted if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase and if we receive the returned item within 30 days of the date of purchase. Unfortunately, shipping fees are not refundable, and a restocking fee of 15% may be required. Return shipping is at the customer's expense with insurance required.

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Send us an email at info@europafinegifts.com prior to the 14-day limit to inform us of your return. In the email, let us know if you want an exchange or a refund for your item. We will respond with any specific instructions. 
• Wrap the item well and ship the item back via an insured method. We must receive the returned item within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• All returned items must be unused in new, resellable condition and must retain their original stickers and barcodes.

An exchange or refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
